Backed by Medical Receivables
Industry-Trusted Partnerships
Clear Reporting & Governance
After successfully exiting his technology company in 2011, our Founder and CEO, Jim Bradford, entered the medical space the following year. What he found was that personal injury medical space was a separate industry altogether, with its own rules, its own timelines, and its own set of problems. Providers deliver care to injured automotive accident victims and then wait months, sometimes longer, to be paid for it, held up by processes that had never been built for the way this market actually works.
He spent the ensuing years building the answer. Jim architected the investment platform the firm operates today, pairing disciplined capital formation, portfolio sourcing, and portfolio underwriting with technology that brings visibility to every stage of the receivable lifecycle. That platform now supports 72 team members across offices in California, Colorado, and Florida.
Over that period, Jim and his team have participated in the deployment of more than $800 million into the personal injury medical space and managed over $3 billion in receivables.
At InjuryPro Management Fund X LLC, we apply that experience to a straightforward purpose: funding solutions that strengthen healthcare providers, and stable, consistent returns for the investors who make that capital available.
What separates InjuryPro Capital from the others:
- Footprint: IPC operates out of three locations with roughly 72 team members. See locations below.
- Lineage vs. Execution: The founder architected the underlying funding model, so the investment thesis itself isn't new. What's different is the execution layer and who's running it — the IPC team brings institutional and fund-management experience, along with direct operating experience across the disciplines the business touches. IPC stakeholder base also includes a law firm and a CPA firm that participate in day-to-day operation as the acting CFO and CLO working alongside the operating team, providing valuable expertise that distinguishes IPC as a leader in the space.
- Vetting: Every founder and executive has completed a formal background check.
- Focus: IPC has a singular focus — purchasing and financing medical receivables only.
- Technology: IPC runs on a proprietary institutional grade platform built specifically for this asset class.
- Monitoring: IPC provides real-time data reconciliation and portfolio monitoring across six dual-control lifecycle stages — sourcing, underwriting, cash deployment, collections, oversight & reporting, and payment & distributions. This is the mechanism that makes numbers like the ones above trackable and auditable.
